If you cannot attend the show and wish to activate insurance protection :
Step 1 : please visit this page to file a claim for compensation
Your insurance contract/policy number is indicated in the confirmation email you received after subscribing.
If you cannot find your insurance contract/policy number, then click on the link "I did not receive a policy number".
Step 2 : Send all documents requested by Allianz.
Step 3 : Once the request has been validated by Allainz, refund will be processed by bank transfer.
