For certain events, the event organizer may choose to apply special terms and conditions of sale. These policies are put in place because we want to ensure tickets end up in the hands of legitimate fans.
Depending on the event, this may include:
- Limiting the number of tickets per order.
- Requiring secure ticket delivery methods (e.g., digital tickets)
- Restricting or requiring ticket transfers
- Delaying the release of final finals tickets until a few days prior to the event.
- Resale may not be available or may be activated later.
- Requiring the original purchaser to attend with their guests, confirming the identity of the ticket holder upon entry.

These conditions are set entirely by the event organizer, and in some cases you may need to accept them before completing your purchase.
