When ordering tickets, you are offered to take out Missed Event Insurance in order to be covered in the event of unforeseen circumstances that prevent you to attend the show.
You can be reimbursed up to 100% of your ticket purchase (up to 1,000€ per order) if you can’t attend this event for a covered reason including: illness, travel delays, and transportation accidents.
What are the conditions to benefit from this policy ?
You must be resident in France.
The policy must be taken out on the day of the event is booked.
If the promoter cancels the event, it will manage compensation, not the insurer. Conditions, limits and exclusions apply per Terms & Conditions. Pre-existing medical conditions are excluded from coverage.
